Why don't the Field Names in the Court forms match
what is listed on the web site?
Answer:
The field names
on the web are correct, however, QuickLaw also recognizes the form field names
from Med-Legal's "Free Forms Program", such as DefName, DefAdd, etc. All of
the forms we imported into QuickLaw for the new updates in 2002 came from our
Free Forms program, and all future forms will be the same. Either naming
scheme will work but the one listed on the web site has many more options
available.
